Refund & Returns Policy

​Because our products are food, we can’t accept returns if they’ve been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you, and we’ll cover the postage costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if there’s an issue.

The Legal Details

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Usk River Natural Preserves.

Eligibility: Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of opened food products.

  1. Damaged or incorrect items: If goods are damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

  2. Postage: We will cover the cost of return postage for damaged or incorrect goods.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods where applicable.

  4. Consumer rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
