In Simple Terms

When you shop with us, you’re agreeing to a few important things: we’ll deliver within 3 working days, we’ll charge delivery based on the size of your order, and we’ll provide fair terms whether you’re a retail or wholesale customer. Wholesale customers may have different pricing and payment terms. Subscriptions aren’t live yet, but if we add them in the future, they’ll be covered by these terms.

The Legal Details

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Usk River Natural Preserves, trading under Napier Catering Holdings Limited (company number 11820075).

  1. Orders: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.

  2. Pricing: Retail and wholesale customers may be offered different pricing structures. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  3. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order (B2C) or in accordance with agreed credit terms (B2B).

  4. Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery charges apply based on order size.

  5. Risk and ownership: Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes upon full payment.

  6. Subscriptions: If introduced, subscription orders will renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel with one month’s notice.

  7. Liability: We are not liable for losses beyond the value of the goods purchased, except as required by law.

  8. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
